However, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

• If a project has not yet started, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment.
• If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal issues, a partial or full refund may be issued.
• If a service is delayed beyond the agreed timeline without valid reason, you may request a partial refund.

Please note:

• SEO results depend on many external factors, including search engine algorithms and competition. Therefore, rankings or traffic improvements are not guaranteed.
• Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction based on ranking expectations.
